VERY BAD ENGLISH

     COLOMBIA HAS THE LOWEST LEVEL OF ENGLISH IN LATIN AMERICA   


The Spanish-speaking countries are among the worst in the world in how English is concerned and Colombia is the country with the lowest level of the Hispanic region revealed the world's largest survey of English language proficiency, the Inglés Proficiency Index (EPI ). Still, Colombia could reach the level of other Hispanic countries if its economy continues to grow, although compared to the previous year, down 9 places in the overall ranking.



The quality of the school system and the levels of below-average equity condemn Latin America to be in the last positions in the regional breakdown
